Though Prince has passed, his second ex-wife, Manuela Testolini, is currently dealing with demands from a particular tabloid that want their divorce records released publicly, and she's not having it.

The Star Tribune is pushing for the records to be released but Testolini's attorneys objected their claim, saying the records are currently tied to a private settlement. 

Leita Walker, the attorney representing the Tribune, however, says Prince's privacy died with him, adding that the court documents should now be public domain and are "newsworthy."

Testolini, who is currently married to singer Eric Benét, appeared in a Minnesota courtroom on Thursday, but did not speak during the proceedings.
