Robin Thicke has spoken out for the first time about his split from Paula Patton — and it's clear he's not ready to give up on his marriage of eight years. TMZ approached the pop star in Washington, D.C., where he will perform his first concert since announcing his separation.
When asked how he's feeling about the couple's separation, which they announced last week, Thicke simply said, "I'm just trying to get her back, man." The "Blurred Lines" singer also denied his raunchy performance with Miley Cyrus at the MTV VMAs last fall had anything to do with his marital troubles.
Thicke, who is resuming his tour schedule this week after three canceled concerts, says his shows will continue to be as hot as ever. "Oh yeah, man," he said confidently when asked by the paparazzo.
