Here's Why Nicki Minaj Was Crying In Her Hotel Room After The MTV EMA Awards

You know, just a few thug tears...

Over the weekend, Queen femcee Nicki Minaj jetted overseas and graced the MTV EMAs (Europe Music Awards) stage beside her recent British pop collaborators (and industry war allies), Little Mix.

After descending upon the stage with her twerk-happy “Good Form” hit, Nicki surged the heat even higher with double performances for the night. The Young Money rapstress also took home two MTV EMA awards for “Best Look” and “Best Hip-Hop” after striking the stage with lusty “Woman Like Me” choreography beside the pop star quintet and a busty one-piece ensemble that stole the entire show.

But it was the ladies of Little Mix who stole a few tears from Nicki after she returned to her hotel room that night to a beautiful bouquet of flowers complete with a sweet message from the girls.

  • Nicki reveled in Jesy, Perrie, Jade and Leigh-Anne’s botanic gift of gratitude on Twitter

Sending more love back to them, Nicki confessed that she “shed some thug tears” over yet another grand gesture from the ladies. She also congratulated them on their show-stopping EMAs look and performance, reminding fans to check out even more of the slay via the official “Woman Like Me” video.

  • But she’ll need to give the Barbz and the Mixers some time to get around to it…

Considering that they’re still working on getting oxygen back into their systems after that breathtaking EMAs performance they bore witness to.
