A round of applause is in order for the Hugers!

With a heart of love and gratitude, Karen Huger announced on Instagram that she and her husband Ray are celebrating 27 years of marriage, as reported by PEOPLE. On Thursday (September 7), The Real Housewives of Potomac star shared a post highlighting their journey.

In her tribute, she reflected on two throwback photos, each marking special milestones in their life.

“Then & Now! Happy 27th anniversary. Thank you for the laughter, joy, love and all of the wonderful memories. I said yes then and I say yes now! I love you baby.❤️,” she captioned the post.

Karen began her post with a snap of the two of them flashing big smiles on their wedding day in 1996. She wore a white long-sleeve gown with a matching headpiece, elegant earrings, and a set of pearls around her neck. Her hubby looked dapper in a black tuxedo and a white shirt. Their son was also photographed snuggled between the lovebirds, wearing a white shirt and a black bow tie.

The couple's road to forever included another major event in 2021 when they renewed their vows.

In the photo, Ray is seen holding a microphone while talking to his wife. Just like their big day in the ‘90s, the duo kept it classy and tasteful while vowing for forever.

Ray donned a dark suit punctuated by a matching bow tie, and his favorite girl was spot-on flawless. She rocked a $10,000 strapless gown by her friend and designer, Vivien Agbakoba. The dress featured a plunging neckline, beautiful embellishments, a corset-style lace-up back, and a white ruffled train.

During the October 31 episode of the show, she was captured saying, "I love the dress. It's custom made from Turkey.” Karen also admitted that she was “concerned” about walking up a staircase in the gown to get to the ceremony. Happily, she was problem-free, and partied the night away with her doting beau.
