Trina, Trick Daddy, Romeo, Silkk The Shocker and XScape Pay Homage To The South In An Epic Tribute

Hip hop rising from the South made it’s way to the mainstream in the 1990’s. From Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def record label to Master P’s No Limit Records, rappers and singers from various places in the south rose to the top of the hip hop charts, solidifying the south’s presence in hip hop.
In this tribute, Miami’s own Trick Daddy and Trina hit the stage performing their classic hit “Nann.”
Master P’s eldest son, Romeo hit the stage with his uncle Silkk The Shocker to getting the audience hype with P’s “Make ‘Em Say Uhh.”
Newly reunited 90’s phenoms Xscape closed the set performing their single, “Just Kick It.”
