Warrant Issued for Darius McCrary
Darius McCrary has seemingly gone from child star to court favorite as he has recently had another run-in with the law. This time, the Family Matters star was charged for allegedly keeping his son for too long during a spring break trip.
According to TMZ, a bench warrant was issued for McCrary last week after his son's mother, Elizabeth Alanoly, filed an emergency motion claiming that he did not return their seven-year-old son on time.
Court records state that the actor had to post a $15,000 bond to clear the warrant. This all comes just one month after he was ordered to pay Alanoly $5,500 in back child support or spend 14 days behind bars. The actor opted for the first option.
McCrary's son is now back with his mother.
