TikToker Recreates Iconic Dinner Scene from Tyler Perry’s ‘Why Did I Get Married,’ Using Dolls
The internet is in stitches after a social media user brought the iconic dinner scene from Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married to life using dolls.
An online user named @rolliedolls uploaded the nearly two-minute clip to platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, earlier this week. In it, Angela (played by Tasha Smith) confronts Mike (Richard T. Jones) and Trina over their affair.
Mike retaliates by exposing secrets about the other couples: Marcus (Michael Jai White) contracting VD after cheating on Angela, later revealing she gave it to him, and Gavin criticizing Patricia for not protecting their son in a fatal car accident the previous year.
Rolliedolls dressed the toy figures strikingly similar to their movie characters and even included Tasha’s notable pink sweater.
Social media users went wild after the video went viral, filling the post’s comment section with their hilarious reactions. One Instagram user wrote, “I’ve watched this I don’t know how many times in the last 24 hours,” adding, “It’s brilliant and hilarious!!!”
