Karrueche Tran's Beautiful, Unknown Rise to Fame as an Actress
Before being discovered, Karrueche Tientrese Tran had multiple jobs. In an article written about a year ago via the Inquistr, the model/actress admitted, "Before I became ‘discovered’ I had two jobs." A note that her work ethic didn't just appear out of thin air.
After much work, Karrueche is now co-starring in the new series Claws, which screened at the ABFF Film Festival this past weekend. With her Claws character Virginia, Tran gets to put her acting skills to use. This month (June 2017), in a feature for The Daily Beast, Karrueche describes acing her audition for the role as the “greatest, best feeling ever.”

On April 30, 2016, the actress became an Emmy Award-winning producer for her work on The Bay, a digital series that first premiered on Blip.tv in 2010 but later moved to Amazon Prime in 2015.She Became a 'Nice Guy'
Karrueche had previously been in a short film (Prxde) and another full-length feature Only for One Night (featured here) before acting in The Nice Guys. Her 'Claws' Come Out
As early as September 2016, reports surfaced that the actress was cast in the new TV series, Claws. Included in the cast is veteran actress Niecy Nash. In a report published by Bossip, Nash was quoted as saying, "It’s not stunt casting. She’s doing a really good job. She studied off her a** though.”
