Kim Kardashian is not happy with Bret Lockett’s comments about how they "hooked up" while she was with Kris Humphries, which she says is a lie. The reality TV star said that if he doesn’t admit the falsehood of his statements, she is hauling him to court.

Kardashian has fired off a new demand letter to Lockett, obtained by TMZ, which makes her warning clear.

In the letter, Kim's lawyer, Michael Kump, says, "To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship," adding, "Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett."

Lockett went on TMZ live Wednesday and insisted he had an online and physical relationship with Kim this year, at the same time she was dating now-fiancé Kris Humprhies. Lockett also said he had physical evidence proving the relationship, but he evaded questions on specifics.

The Kardashians are pretty open about their dating lives so until we see proof, the verdict is wishful thinking on Lockett’s part.
