The fight started after Bizzy Bone called out Juicy J, Gangsta Boo, Crunchy Black, and DJ Paul for “mocking” him during one of Bone Thugs’ song choices. After some words were thrown from Bizzy on the mic, he threw something across the stage at the Memphis-bred group, and things took a turn for the worst.
The E. 99 native rapper delivered a catastrophic barrage of words in the direction of the Oscar Award-winning group. The anger-inducing moment concluded with both parties and their entourages clashing at center stage.
After the altercation wrapped up, the livestream cut to a screen that read: “Due to technical difficulties this event will return momentarily.”
Before the regularly scheduled program continued, Bizzy Bone returned to the stage to apologize to the crowd.
Bizzy then returned to the stage and delivered an apology to his rap compatriots and the crowd. "Pardon me," Bizzy said, lamenting his embarrassment to millions of people
According to TMZ, LAPD was not called and no arrests were made due to the altercation.
During the FITE TV broadcast, Verzuz fans saw special appearances by Lil Wayne, Lil’ Flip, Lil Jon, and Terrence Howard.
Swizz Beatz, co-creator of Verzuz was not impressed by the latest Verzuz and expressed his frustration about tardiness, lack of professionalism and payment schedules when it comes to artists performing.
“New rule if you don’t start on time you don’t get paid on time !!!! Versus is not free !!,” he said in the comments section during the Instagram stream.
