Second Season of Braxton Reality Show Opens Big

The second season of The Braxton's reality show opens big! The series is number one among key demographic.

Once again the Braxtons are a hit.

According to WE tv, the season two premiere of the reality series Braxton Family Values ranked number one for women between the ages of 18 and 34 among all ad-supported cable networks. It was ranked third for women ages 25 to 54.

“This illustrates the appetite audiences have for the Braxtons,” said WE tv president and general manager Kim Martin. "These women and this show have infiltrated pop culture and taken over the social media conversation, and viewers just can’t seem to get enough.”

Unfortunately, this win comes at a sacrifice to the family bond.

"Toni and her sister, Tamar, are fighting on- and off-camera," a family insider told the Huffington Post. "It's gotten so bad that they no longer will do interviews together. When Tamar found out [on the Internet] that Toni had fired her husband as her manager ... that was it."

Tamar has blamed her sister's ego for the rift, saying that Toni fired her husband because "she wanted to be Toni Braxton extraordinaire."

Since then, the family album they’ve all been working on has been pushed back while Tamar works on her solo CD.
