Besides the Whip/Nae Nae, hitting the Quan is one of 2015's most popular dance moves.

Although made even more viral by iHeart Memphis, whose main claim to fame is a song called "Hit the Quan" (Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts), it originated in the mainstream with none other than Rich Homie Quan himself.

Now, news anchors, The Rock and Chris Brown have all dropped their own Quan vids.

So, how does Rich Homie feel about that? "It feel good knowing that your music is inspiring people," he revealed during rehearsals at the BET Hip Hop Awards. "... I salute iHeart Memphis and anyone who does the dance."
