Childish Gambino, Chance the Rapper Team Up for New EP
Chance the Rapper has finally handed in a verse for his feature on Childish Gambino's "The Worst Guys," and now the two are ready to complete an entire project of collaborations.
“There's only a hook because this n*gga doesn’t hand in verses," Bino explained of Chance's previous contribution to the Because the Internet track, just before bringing out the Chicago spitter for a surprise performance during his set at the Governor's Ball music festival in Brooklyn this weekend.
Even more surprising was that Chance delivered his verse right there on stage, including a nod to André 3000, who was front row with his son. "I'm sorry Ms. Jackson/ but your daughter do d---s/ wanna be my old b----/ and get taught a new trick."
The following day, Bino prepped fans for more. "Now that chance finally released his verse on 'worst guys', maybe he can hurry up and finish the rest of our EP," he tweeted Sunday (June 8), adding in a hashtag, "#hinthint."
No release date was announced with the hint drop, so it seems there's no pressure of a deadline.
Meanwhile, the two have teamed up before, for "Favortie Song," off Chance's Acid Rap mixtape, and "They Don't Like Me," off Bino's Royalty tape.
