Michelle Obama might be a style icon today, but her fashion sense started long before she entered the White House. In fact, the First Lady was pushing her style to new heights, so to speak, before she even graduated high school. Ellen DeGeneres revealed FLOTUS' prom photo on her show Monday while Michelle looked on from Florida where she was on hand to speak with military families. In the picture, she's wearing a gold floor-length dress with a very high slit to show of her thigh.
While she was all smiles over the flashback, FLOTUS also admitted that the split might have been too high and said daughters Sasha and Malia would not be wearing that any time soon.
“That split was a little high,” she said. “I don’t know if I’d let my kids go out in a split that high.”
