Justin Bieber's hair is a trending topic once again. The singer found himself in the middle of a Twitter frenzy last night after debuting a new 'do that has many calling him out for cultural appropriation.
The 22-year-old took the stage at the iHeartRadio Awards on Sunday night with a head full of blond locs. He also shared the look on Instagram:

Black Twitter was by no means feeling the 'do.

Of course, Bieber and appropriated hair go way back. Not only did he defend his pal Kylie Jenner's cornrows last year, he also recently rocked his own set at the urging of his on-off girlfriend Hailey Baldwin.
