Kim Kardashian has to watch her body, because she's not just anybody. The reality star and selfie queen is threatening to take a popular photo agency to court for taking an unauthorized photo of her lounging by her pool.
The agency, X17, put the photos — taken by helicopter — up for sale on their site and claimed they were nudes. The pregnant reality star, however, claims that she was wearing a bikini when the pics were taken.

According to TMZ, Kim's attorney Marty Singer says Kim was wearing a blue bikini when the stalkerazzi hovered above her Hidden Hills, Calif., home and quickly covered herself with a towel when she figured out what they were up to. Despite the fact that we've seen Kim in a bikini (and nude, for that matter) about, say, one billion times, she's claiming it was an invasion of privacy.
Hovering above someone's home and taking pics of them in their backyard hits 100 on the creep-o-meter, so in spite of the irony, we're siding with Kim on this one. X17 seems to have gotten the message — they took the pics down from their site upon receiving Singer's letter.
