Less than a year after going viral for using Gorilla Glue spray to lay down her fly-aways, Tessica Brown is unfortunately experiencing hair issues again after dying her natural tresses at home. “I really thought my hair was strong enough for chemicals I dyed my hair [sic] in this happened,” she captioned an Instagram video that showed a shocking amount of clumps being combed out of her head.
TMZ spoke to Tessica's manager, Gina Rodriguez, to get the facts. According to the news outlet, Tessica recently dyed her hair brown to cover up unwanted grey hairs. After experiencing a burning sensation, she began to notice hair loss.
Now, she reportedly may have to shave her head because her hair is “like elastic” and “comes right out when she uses a comb.”
Due to the damage, Tessica has plans to fly to LA to get a stem cell and Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment on her scalp by Jacques Abrahamian at LA FUE Hair Clinic.
