Diddy Announces French Montana Bad Boy Signing on 106 & Park
The music mogul signs the prolific New York MC to his venerable label.

<p>It?s official! French Montana is a Bad Boy! Diddy announced the signing of the New York-based MC tonight on the Bad Boy Takeover of <i>106 & Park</i>. For the last couple of weeks, rumors had French signing to various labels, including Kanye West?s G.O.O.D. Music.</p>

<p>?I really feel real good that?s why I kept it here in New York,? French said on <i>106 & Park</i>. ?Why would I take my talent to South Beach??<br>

<p>French continued, ?When I met with Puff and sat down and really spoke, he told me a couple of things and [he] never lied to me about nothing and always kept his word. It is what it is. It?s New York. I want to bring it back to New York.? <br>

<p>Diddy said he admired French?s work ethic and the effect he has on his fans. Additionally, Diddy stated he wanted to keep the crown in the Big Apple.<br>

<p>?I represent New York for the fullest,? Diddy said on <i>106 & Park</i>. ?For real for real can nothing move in this city without us being a part of it. We the Yankees of this whole thing! It?s time for us to get what we supposed to get. [French] got them pinstripes on and he ready to hit it out the park.?<br>
