Vivica Stands by Calling 50 Cent a Booty Snatcher
Vivica A. Fox just made her highly anticipated debut on the hit drama Empire last night. While making her promo rounds for her stint on the show, the actress chatted with the folks at People and ended up defending her comments about 50 Cent's alleged "booty snatching" ways.
"I voiced my opinion, but I'm the kind of person where if you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything," she said. "I was just really, really sick and tired of hearing the B.S. about Empire and especially about the gay storyline."
Fans may remember that the rapper, Vivica's ex, shared an Instagram post from a third party that blamed a recently reported Empire ratings drop on "gay stuff" explored in the show. His comments didn't sit well with Vivica, who now has a role on the hit show.
F.Y.I., don't expect her to retract, as she said she's not taking back anything she said to please anyone. "And I'm not going to take it back, because Lee Daniels, Taraji and Terrence Howard are very good friends of mine, and they are my costars. And I'm a stand-up kind of babe, so I stood up for them and I don't regret it whatsoever."
