Azealia Banks took her Twitter beef with Jim Jones to the next level Saturday [August 11] unleashing "Succubi," a diss aimed at her fellow Harlem MC.

The "212" femcee first got into it with Jones last week after the two failed to agree on a proper definition for the word "vamp." The misunderstanding quickly turned to beef after Banks requested that the veteran MC "go away," prompting Jones to reply "@AZEALIABANKS tell ur mother to go away ub2 bit slore."

Banks’ replied five days later with a two-and-a-half-minute track produced by AraabMuzik. With a much gruffer delivery than fans of her hit "212" may be used to, Banks mocks the Diplomats capo's past beefs with Cam’ron, Tru Life and discredits his artistry:

"Tru Life stole all ya chains/Max B wrote all ya flames/Montana rode all ya waves/Killa called you a lame."

She closes the track saying, "It takes a Harlem b---h to execute a Harlem b---h."

Jones replied on Twitter later that day, "Lol th [sic] things broke people do to gain attention #vampirelife."

Jones coined the term #vampirelife to describe his sleepless lifestyle and has branded mixtapes and a clothing line around it. Their initial misunderstanding came because a follower replied to Banks' tweet that characterized a vamp as a "sexually/financially powerful woman" by informing Banks of Jones’ movement.

When Jones added in, tweeting, "@jimjonescapo: @AZEALIABANKS tht vamplife is contagious," Banks took things a step further, attempting to give Jones a history lesson on the definition of the term before telling him, "don’t be tryna take no credit Holmes." Their beef was left to simmer over the weekend before the release of "Succubi."

The fiery Harlemite has engaged in past Twitter beefs with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Lil Kim, T.I., Iggy Azalea and Kreayshawn, but she’s also given signs suggesting she wants to change her combative ways. After calling a truce with Kreayshawn on August 6 she tried to explain her ways, tweeting, “I can be really defensive sometimes. I’m just naturally rude. LMFAOO it’s a NY thing… I can’t help it.”
