Move over George Foreman, there's a new age champ in town. Bernard Hopkins won the WBC light heavyweight title Saturday night from Jean Pascal at the age of 46, making him the oldest fighter to win a major bout.
At 46 years old, Hopkins broke the age record set by Foreman, then 45,  in a heavyweight title victory over Michael Moorer in 1994.
"I won't retire until I'm 50," Hopkins said after the fight, which was held in Montreal, Canada.
Hopkins won the WBC, IBO and The Ring magazine titles from the 28-year-old Pascal.
"He's a great champion. He has great defense and a lot of tricks. I was a young champion," Pascal told the AP.

Hopkins in now 52-5-2 and plans to next fight Chad Dawson.
