Ludacris Reveals His Dream Cast for the 'Fast X' Sequel
Ludacris is dreaming big for the final “Fast and Furious” movie, revealing an A-list lineup of castmates he’d love to join him for the franchise’s conclusion.
During a recent appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” the emcee-turned-actor opened up about the highly anticipated sequel to “Fast X,” scheduled to hit theaters sometime in 2026.
Unfortunately, the “Area Codes” rapper didn’t have much intel on the new project, and any information he did have would be classified.
However, he did share that he’s on a fantasy list of A-list actors he’d love to see star in the final “Fast and Furious” film.
“I would love Idris Elba in the final movie,” said Ludacris. “Matt Damon would be dope, man... Denzel Washington. Let's get Denzel Washington in the franchise. I would love that. I'm just throwing around names.”
Past guest stars include Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham, who earned their own spin-off film in 2019, “Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw.”
Ludacris, who first appeared as Tej Parker in the 2003 film “2 Fast 2 Furious,” is one of the franchise's longest-serving actors. He’s appeared in seven of the ten “Fast and Furious” movies.
