Teyana Taylor Avoids Assault Charges
Teyana Taylor can breathe a little easier now that her legal problems are officially behind her. TMZ reports that the rapper-singer will not be facing assault charges for allegedly beating up another woman in April. As initially reported, the altercation took place when the My Super Sweet Sixteen star was accused of attacking a woman for making a comment about Chris Brown.
Taylor, a friend of Brown’s, allegedly “flipped out at an L.A. recording studio” and proceeded to punch the woman several times, as well as kicking her in her head and stomach once she dropped to the ground. Teyana claimed self-defense once the allegations surfaced and TMZ says law enforcement forces say there isn’t enough evidence or witness testimony to counter those claims. She will not be facing any more charges from this incident.
