Earlier this month, NeNe Leakes publicly declared that her longtime friendship with Cynthia Bailey was over, claiming the veteran model was "sneaky and underhanded" and repeatedly lied to her. Now, after weeks of wondering where her anger stemmed from, Real Housewives of Atlanta viewers might have gotten some “proof” during last Sunday night's episode of the reality show.

The drama started when Leakes' on-again-off-again nemesis Kenya Moore showed up to Cynthia's event, where all of the ladies were in attendance. Visibly upset because Cynthia didn't let her know Kenya was going to be coming, NeNe sulked for the rest of the evening, eventually confronting her former bestie about not looping her in on the decision.

Cynthia was quick to deny any knowledge regarding Kenya’s whereabouts, but a hot mic caught her telling a different story. In a follow-up scene, Leakes was shown listening to audio which seemed to indicate that Bailey knew more than she was letting on.

"I'm supposed to act like I didn't know Kenya was coming," Cynthia was shown whispering to her boyfriend, Mike Hill, in another scene.

While Cynthia appeared shocked to see Kenya at her party, she once again came off as shady during a sidebar with Kandi Burruss, looking like she was covering things up.

"I just want to make sure we was on the same page, setting up how Kenya got here," she told Burruss, who repeatedly warned her, "I'm mic'd, I'm mic'd, I'm mic'd."

This eventually led to NeNe taking to social media and blasting Cynthia in a now-infamous “co-workers” post — now we know the full story behind her words:

"I don't have no hate in my heart for Cynthia," she said. "We are co-workers from this day forward. I don’t have any reason not to speak to her, I’m happy to not speak to her. I’m happy to speak to her. But anything else further than that, it’s not going to happen. No. We are co-workers.”
