Will Smith's Apartment On Wheels Frustrates Residents In Soho
New Yorkers aren't exactly known for their patience. It's no surprise then that when a huge mini-mansion, also known as Will Smith's trailer for the Men In Black III set, decided to set up shop on the street in the already crowed Soho neighborhood, more than a few nerves were rattled. "I love Will Smith, but this is about survival," a local business owner who claims business has been affected by the curbside eyesore told the London Telegraph. "They treat the whole neighbourhood like it's a studio, like it's their backyard," another local said. After several complaints of a similar nature, Columbia Pictures agreed to relocate the "Summertime" rapper's trailer, with spokesman Steve Elzer noting, "This trailer has been used many times in this city by different studios on various movies over the years, and while its use has never been an issue before, we regret any inconvenience it may have caused." Only in New York.
