Meek Mill Is Reportedly Making 19 Cents An Hour With These Prison Jobs

But he’s smiling through it all.

Meek Mill has been keeping his head up through his wins and losses, with the latest L landing him behind bars for a potential two to four years.

He’s also been keeping his hands busy, according to reports from TMZ, by way of a few prison jobs that are paying him less than what he’s used to.

According to the site, Meek is a part of the general labor crew over at the State Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania where he’s currently incarcerated.

Cleaning his cell block, washing dishes, maintaining the upkeep of prison grounds and even cooking and serving food are under his weekly duties. TMZ further reports that, though he’s earning 19 cents an hour, he’s apparently drawing positive attention for his good behavior.

In addition to keeping himself occupied, he’s keeping up with his mental health as well as he’s reportedly on the waitlist for therapy, too. Recently, Meek's bail was denied by the same judge who handed him the severe sentencing, so we're even happier to learn he's taking the proper steps to keep his head on straight.

Way to hold your head up, Meek.
