The custody battle between Tyga and Blac Chyna continues to heat up.

On October 13 (Friday), the "Taste" rapper reportedly filed documents seeking sole legal and physical custody of his son King Cairo, whom he shares with his ex Chyna, whose real name is Angela White. The documents also cite that he wants her to be granted visitation rights.

Additionally, he requests both parents obtain permission from the other if they intend to take their son out of California.

News of Tyga’s petition came as their son celebrated his 11th birthday.

According to TMZ, the proud mom hosted a private party for the birthday boy that was attended by friends and family, including Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni.

Back in August, Chyna filed a petition to have full custody of Cairo, as reported by Complex. In documents obtained by The Blast, she is seeking to “determine parental relationship” against Tyga, along with “joint custody” for the “best interest of the child."

The Blast also reports that this is the first time the parents have filed a legal motion for custody of King Cairo.

But the "Rack City" rapper is not ready to relinquish his responsibilities. "10 years later...nah...stick to ur schedule sat-mon," he wrote in the comment section of a post by The Shade Room regarding Blac Chyna's demands.

“Lol,” she responded to him.

The petition filed by Blac Chyna also states that she is requesting child support from Tyga to care for their son. "The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party,” the document reads in part.

In March, the mom tweeted her financial status and what she had to do to make ends meet.
