Look: Antonio Cromartie's Wife Claps Back Against Racist Tweet About Her Husband
Sports fans can be way out of line sometimes ... especially on social media.
But Antonio Cromartie's wife, Terricka, has his back and isn't letting blatant disrespect and racism against her husband fly on her watch.
When Tuesday's news of the Indianapolis Colts releasing Cromartie broke, one Twitter user took liberty to lump in the fact that Cromartie protested during the national anthem two days prior as the reason the cornerback was cut.
And the Twitter user, @RobLee13122610, did so via a menacing, racist tweet.
Needless to say, Terricka wasn't having it, posting the tweet onto her Instagram account and clapping back hard at the racism her husband has endured, while saying that she's proud of Antonio for his stance against racism and police brutality in America.
Take a look.
[Warning: Tweet contains racism and profanity].
Take that, racist.
The Colts released Cromartie and linebacker Sio Moore as part of a defensive shakeup due to their underperformance.
Cromartie was benched during the Colts-Jacksonville Jaguars game's second half Sunday and the team's injured cornerback, Darius Butler, is slated to return to the squad this weekend, so Cro's release made sense.
