Phaedra Parks Opens Up About Her 'Married to Medicine’ Debut And A Breakup From Dr. O

“I’m enjoying myself, I’m single and satisfied,” said the reality star.

Phaedra Parks' name goes down as one of the greatest housewives from the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" gang, and now she's taking those talents to Bravo's other heavy-hitting show, "Married to Medicine."

In a conversation with Bossip, the ATL resident discussed her attention-grabbing casting and her “heart healing” former boyfriend .

The anticipation for the 10th season of “Married To Medicine" reached new heights when fans discovered that the “RHOA" alum was romantically linked with a cardiologist. In a preview from the upcoming premiere, Phaedra reveals details about her relationship with "Dr. O," a Nigerian pediatric cardiologist who she spent over a year with.

Despite the intrigue, the identity of "Dr. O" remains a bit of a mystery, as his face was not revealed in the sneak peek. Adding to the intrigue, Phaedra recently confirmed to BOSSIP that she and "Dr. O" have parted ways.

Parks said, “You will definitely see my dating life [on Married To Medicine], the ups and downs, the old and new. I’m enjoying myself, I’m single and satisfied, I will say that.”

And she does have her standards.

"I know my worth so I have to be treated a certain way so I'm not going to settle for anything. Doctors are very interesting, they're very interesting," the mom of two said.

Parks’ new castmate, Dr. Heavenly Kimes gave her thoughts on Dr. O during a live show of Dr. Heavenly University. The dentist shared, “Just ’cause she said was engaged to a doctor and dating a doctor, don’t mean we gotta see his face.” She continued, “Allegedly, the man did do the casting tape. Allegedly the man did not sign the release to be on the thing, let’s see if he sign it before the next episode. ‘Cause right now we seeing ‘O-Moji Face.'”

Given that Parks shared with BOSSIP that the dentist holds the title of the resident "shade physician" on "Married To Medicine," the lawyer wasn't exactly caught off guard. In Parks' words, "That Heavenly is a mess, she pulls teeth, and she pulls trees because she's SHADE-E," describing her costar's penchant for throwing shade.

The new season of “Married to Medicine” premieres this Sunday, (Nov. 5) on Bravo.
