Tami Roman's Twitter and Email Hacked

The Basketball Wives star goes to cops after becoming cybercrime victim.

Tami Roman was the victim of a horrible cybercrime this past weekend.

TMZ is reporting both Roman’s Twitter and email accounts were hacked on Friday. The Basketball Wives’ star was tipped off by a friend that someone had taken over her Twitter account. Roman currently has over 600,000 followers.

A person claiming to be “Clan Vv3,” declared himself in charge of Roman’s Twitter page, hacked into her email account and changed her personal security questions. Sources say that Tami has had the email account for over 14 years and fears permanent loss of her personal information.

Roman first reached out to AOL and Twitter and received no response, and that’s when she reported the crime to the local New Jersey Police.

The case is still currently under investigation.
