'I Approve': Terry Crews Allows Woman To Put His Face On A Debit Card
In today's random AF news, an LA-based woman, Darrel Kennedy, requested that Wells Fargo put Terry Crews' face on her new debit card.
She claimed the actor's face in his role from the hit series Everybody Hates Chris would help her spend less money, especially considering that he played Julius, Chris' penny-pinching father.
The bank denied her request because they said she needed Terry Crew's approval. Darrel posted a tweet that went viral and gained the attention of the 49-year-old actor. He gave her his stamp of approval via Twitter.
After Terry approved her request, Darrel tweeted, "Y’all I’m dead, Wells Fargo about to be so shook." She gave the bank a call and this was the result thanks to his tweet: "UPDATE: They’ve expedited the case and are sending it to @WellsFargo HQ to get it approved. Should have it in my hands in the next two weeks." Terry Crews retweeted her tweet and added victory emojis to her message.
Sounds like Darrel is about to make some serious money moves.
