The lethal lyricism between Bronx femcee banger Remy Ma and Queens raptress Nicki Minaj on wax may be over with for now, but the shade certainly isn’t.

At least that’s what the “shETHER” artist has deemed after showing up on a Nicki Instagram post with a spell-check. 

On Monday (June 5), Nicki’s fellow Queens-native and disc jockey veteran DJ Clue posted a flyer of her donned to the caliber of the all-white affair event announced on the same post.

The upcoming event held at Space Ibiza nightclub in New York introduces Nicki back to her stomping grounds as “The Queen’s Homecoming.” Presumably confirming the flyer’s info, Ms. Minaj even stopped by with a set of eye emojis in the comment section of Clue’s post. But not too long afterward, her rap nemesis Remy pulled up to correct the flyer’s announcement to her own standard.

“Home-going,” she commented, followed by a zany-faced emoji.

A classic response from Nicki is no response at all, so we didn’t expect the Young Money femcee to clap back at the shade. That goes for Rem’s interview commentary concerning a few bars from Nicki’s “No Frauds” response track as well. Hopefully, the ladies can play nice on and off wax from here on out, though.
