Alicia Keys is back on her grind. The singer, who recently gave birth to a baby with producer Swizz Beatz, returned to the stage at the Toronto Sony Theatre on Tuesday, May 3. Keys performed two songs for the Hope Rising! concert, a benefit for the Stephen Lewis foundation, which raises money for families and children affected by HIV/AIDS.

Keys was joined by a number of other artists, including world music artist Angelique Kidjoe, rapper K'Naan, Rufus Wainwright and Holly Cole, who all came together for the event. Keys performed her "Empire State Of Mind, Part II, Broken Down" as well as her classic hit "Fallin'."

"If you can hear it, you can feel it, you can see it, then hope is rising everywhere we look,” she said before belting into song. Keys is no stranger to lending a helping hand. The singer is the Global Ambassador for her Keep a Child Alive foundation, which raises awareness about the AIDS epidemic and supplies medicine to people with HIV/AIDS.
