Cardi B is clearing her name once again amid a growing pile of pre-rap stardom allegations. This time, however, it’s not her femcee rap foe, Nicki Minaj, ripping the Bronx femcee’s name past through the public.
A woman by the name of Ms. Starmarie, who alleges that she was once Cardi’s roommate, fellow stripper and good friend, sprung up with rather unsettling recollections from the Invasion of Privacy rapper’s days as an exotic dancer. Her memory of Cardi’s humble beginnings is a stark contrast of the Bronx hip-hop “it” girl fans have come to know and love, which she took to Instagram Live to share with her followers. The woman begins by detailing the rise and fall of her relationship with Cardi, one that allegedly became contaminated with jealousy, lies, violence and betrayal from the 25-year-old. As told by her, Nicki was spot-on about Bardi’s alleged inclination toward anti-Blackness as well.
After hearing about the Bronx femcee’s most recent run-ins, including an alleged strip club brawl and the raging NYFW altercation with the Queen rapstress, Ms. Starmarie is now compelled to reveal these brow-raising incidents that practically begs an explanation from Cardi.
And that, Cardi gave.
Ms. Starmarie alleged that their ‘beef’ began over a man who almost paid Cardi for sex
That is, until he “smelled her and said she smells like fish,” the woman alleges. According to her, he showed interest in Ms. Starmarie instead, which supposedly fueled a envious rage from Cardi.
Afterward, she continued, Cardi even had her suspended from the club by convincing the managers that she had an STD and having her friend physically assault her

Ms. Starmarie added that Cardi’s racism isn’t news to her, considering that she allegedly told her at one point that ‘[she’s] too pretty to say [she’s] Black’…
“You need to lie and say that you’re mixed with Spanish or something,” she alleged of Cardi’s words to her. Despite Cardi believing she was pretty (and Cardi’s best friend, Star Brim, who is also Black), Ms. Starmarie claimed she would never allow her Spanish friends to catch her hanging around a Black girl.
She also made unsubstantial claims that Cardi’s alleged drug abuse worsened during this time as well
