Written by Missy Elliott and Timbaland, the song was the fourth single released from Aaliyah's sophomore album One in a Million.

The video has cameos by Timbaland and Bryce Wilson (Groove Theory) and features choreography from one of the entertainment industry's biggest choreographers, Fatima Robinson.
