Rick Ross Signs Fat Trel and Tracy T

The Bawse adds two new acts to the MMG roster.

Rick Ross is fattening up his Maybach Music Group imprint. Rozay announced Wednesday (Nov. 6) that Washington, D.C., rapper Fat Trel and Atlanta rhymer Tracy T are officially on the roster, tweeting, "@FATTREL and @TheRealTracyT is part of the future of MMG. We just gettin started!"

Trel, who was rumored to be joining MMG back in July, is under WaleMusic/MMG/Atlantic Records, and thanked his fellow D.C. comrade for brokering the deal. "I WANNA PERSONALLY THANK MY N---- @Wale 4 MAKING DIS HAPPEN!!! TIME 2 TURN UP ...I AINT LETTING NOBODY DOWN!!! ACTIONz WILL SHOW!!! #MMG #SB," he tweeted.

As for Tracy T — best known for tracks "Same B----" and "Real Money" featuring Yung Fresh — the Southern spitter is ready to get to work tweeting, "Hard to sleep when u came for the money…" early this morning. 

The new additions join a lineup that already includes Meek Mill, Omarion, Stalley and Rockie Fresh. Besides their respective solo efforts, MMG has dropped three compilations, the most recent being Self Made Vol. 3, released in September.
