Diamond Shantaniece MacKay is claiming that Soulja Boy did much more than kiss her through the phone in their relationship six years ago.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, MacKay has filed a paternity suit against the 23-year-old rapper claiming that he fathered her son. In the paperwork, MacKay alleges that she only had two sexual partners during the period in question and the other person was of mixed race. She maintains that 5-year-old Portlon has no traces of bi-racial lineage and, more important, he strongly resembles Soulja.

MacKay has requested a DNA test, and claims that she has witnesses who can verify her relationship with SB and his past visits to see the child.

Soulja, who is usually very vocal on social media, has yet to address the report other than a retweet of the original TMZ story.
