Khia On Texas High School Shooting: ‘You Motherf**kers Got What You Deserved’
The mournful Santa Fe High School shooting that shook the state of Texas last week at the hands of 17-year-old student Dimitrios Pagourtzis claimed the lives of 10 individuals and injured 13 others.
But according to former-rapper-turned-internet-sensationalist Khia, the tragic incident was not only bound to happen, but those affected were well-deserving of the deadly attack.
Khia took to her “Gag Order” YouTube broadcast to share her thoughts on the incident. She began by saying her problem was with the school’s administration and staff, and there’s no more “real teachers” left.
“And I don't want to say that that’s what y’all punk a** get, but that’s what y’all punk a** get,” she said. “Because it wasn’t no Black kids that died, and you motherf**kers need to learn how to get along with motherf**kers and stop picking on motherf**kers from the old to the young.”
Khia believes it was the school that let Pagourtzis down. In her day, she said, teachers were far more personable and checked in on students.
“You know this boy done been in this high school from 9th grade to 12th grade, and you mean to tell me ain’t nobody tried to be his friend, he don’t get along with nobody, the teachers picking on him, the students picking on him—you motherf**kers got what you deserved,” she said. “Because if you motherf**kers would have been his friend, your a** wouldn’t have gotten shot down.”
Khia apparently hasn't read up much on the shooter past the surface details, such as his attack on one of the victims whose mother says Pagourtzis harassed for four months. Not to mention, other details reporting that “he did not shoot students he did like so he could have his story told.” Nonetheless, we’re not sure that the “My Neck, My Back” rapper’s brash commentary will go over well with the general public.
