Foxy Brown's Brother Sentenced for Identity Theft
Gavin Marchand to serve up to five years in prison.
The brother of troublesome hip hop diva Foxy Brown is headed to the big house.
After being found guilty of identity theft last month, Gavin "Pretty Boy" Marchand, elder sibling and former manager to Foxy, has been sentenced to two and a half years in prison, the Associated Press reports. The maximum sentence was five years.
Marchand got himself into hot water when he went on an $8,000 shopping spree on New York's 5th Avenue to celebrate his 36th birthday. Unfortunately, the credit cards he used were not his own.
Marchand, who plead guilty to the charges, also copped to having used the phony cards to spend thousands at a Manhattan nightclub.
