An upcoming book and new reality show has Miss Carter’s hands full. Aside from mommy duties, the 27-year-old is on a mission to inspire young women to achieve self-love and self-worth with her first book, Priceless Inspirations.

The Southern belle revealed to Essence.com the inspiration behind the book, saying, “I used to always keep a diary; that was my way to express myself. So I decided to turn my diary into a book,” which she dedicated to “young girls whose parents try to lead them the right way and they don’t listen.”

Toya tells the story of her life, from witnessing domestic violence when she was growing up to taking on the responsibility of being a young mother at the age of 14. “I'm not praising teen pregnancy,” she declares. “Everyone will not be blessed like I was blessed to have someone like Wayne or my Aunt Edwina, who helped me with my daughter. So that's why I decided to share it.”

But when it comes to her life with Lil' Wayne, don’t expect all the juicy details, “Yeah I tried to avoid his name period because I'm just sick of it,” she shared with Vibe.com. “But that's my life and my book is about my life.”

Priceless Inspirations will be available on bookshelves this Friday. Plus, see more of the star in her reality show Toya: A Family Affair, Tuesdays at 10 PM on BET.
