Simone Biles is reflecting on the moments before her nuptials that had her too turnt up and faded.

It's been a year since the most decorated gymnast of all time tied the knot with Green Bay Packers player Jonathan Owens. To celebrate the milestone, Biles took to Instagram with some unforgettable throwback photos that had her spilling the tea, according to PEOPLE.

During her wedding weekend last year, Biles was captured in a snap with her mom, Nellie Biles, in a moment that the gymnast probably won't ever forget. 

"Momma Biles is probably telling me I need to eat before I black out," she wrote above the image in her IG Story.

"Which would have been good advice about 3 hrs before this," said the Olympian, while confessing that she "did indeed black out" and missed the rest of her pool party.

The athlete shared another photo in her IG Story of someone pouring a drink into her mouth, adding "& then I blacked out."

Biles and Owens met in March 2020 and then exchanged vows in May 2023. They had two ceremonies: the first one at a courthouse in Houston, TX then a larger celebration with family and friends in Cabo San Lucas.
