Blake Griffin is excellent in front of a room, has a great sense of humor and possesses perfect comedic timing. 

Still, being a stand-up comic or having a "set" at a roast is a different kind of funny. 

But Griffin was smooth in his effort and delivery recently at Comedy Central’s "Roast of Alec Baldwin”, set to air on September 15. 

Griffin took aim at one of the guests on the dais: none other than Caitlyn Jenner. This had a particularly saucy vibe as Griffin used to date Caitlyn’s daughter, model Kendall Jenner.

The jokes were lewd and sexual in nature as one would expect at a roast. But Caitlyn took it all in the good-natured spirit of the evening. 

The line that hit hardest was when Griffin thanked Caitlyn, saying:

“On behalf of the entire NBA and half of the rappers on the Billboard charts, I want to thank you for giving your daughters their daddy issues!" 

Whenever his playing career is over, Griffin will surely have ample opportunities to pursue a career in entertainment.
