Idris Elba won't stop playing games with our hearts.
The actor is the master of laying thirst traps (see his entire Instagram feed) and then making himself frustratingly unavailable outside of our imaginations. Now, Idris has shared some devastating news about marriage in the latest issue of Essence, alongside a photo spread that has left us parched.

In a nutshell, Elba killed our fantasies by declaring in the magazine that he'll probably never marry again. But he did it while leaning on a Vespa with no shirt on.

"Am I ever gonna get remarried? I don't think so," Elba told Essence. "Yeah, I don't think so. Marriage is an institution of sorts. And I've done it. It's not for everybody. It's not my life's calling."

"I'm 44 years old with a two-and-a-half-year-old boy," he said. "I'm rolling around playing. And then I'm at a Drake concert with my teenage daughter. Having a young child now keeps me young, without a doubt."

If you're looking for a silver lining in all this, it seems like Idris's engagement to his most recent baby's mother is off and his DMs are fair game once again.
