A Suspect Has Been Arrested For Mo3’s Murder
A suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of rapper Mo3 in Dallas, TX last month.
WFAA reports that the Dallas police arrested 21-year-old Kewon Dontrell White for first degree murder. His bond hasn’t been set by the magistrate yet.
Police said that a witness identified White as the suspect that they were looking for, and an arrest warrant was issued on Dec. 8. On Dec. 9, White was in police custody.
Mo3, whose real name was Melvin Noble, died after being shot on Nov. 11 at 28-years-old. Sources revealed that gunfire erupted after Mo3 got out of his car on a highway and was chased by a gunman on foot for several minutes.
Bullets hit a bystander who was sitting in his car and he was taken to a hospital with non-life- threatening injuries.
Days after his death, Boozie Badazz was shot in the leg while paying tribute to Mo3, with whom he had collaborated. Badazz was in Dallas and was hit while he was in his vehicle. He went to a local hospital and was treated for a gunshot wound below the knee.
