When HBO announced their upcoming alt-history show Confederate, focused on an America where the South won the Civil War, most Black folks and allies agreed that it was a bad idea. Then came Amazon's announcement that they are developing a show with Black Jesus creator Aaron McGruder and super producer Will Packer called Black America, an alt-history in which reparations were paid to slaves after the Civil War. Now, that's a show a lot of us can get behind!

Unless, of course, you're racist white folk.

Now, those very same people who took to social media to ridicule those protesting Confederate are using Twitter to voice their anger over Black America.
