C.J. Wallace Only Gets $20 a Week Allowance
CJ Wallace, the teenage son of the Notorious B.I.G. and a rising actor, told the New York Post that his mother, Faith Evans, keeps his finances under tight control. He told the paper, "I get $20 a week in allowance. I never really asked if I can take money out and just spend it. There's nothing I really want to buy at this moment." The 14-year-old appears in Will Ferrell’s latest project, Everything Must Go.
Wallace also played his father in the film Notorious. The similarities between father and son are so striking that even Faith sometimes refers to C.J. as “Biggie.” C.J. said, “My mom always says that I breathe like him and I scratch my nose and I bite my nails. I have little habits that he would always do. She’ll slip up and call me Big sometimes. It’s like, ‘What?’”
The high school freshman says he’ll be taking his first acting class next semester and ultimately plans to study film in college.
