Exclusive: Forest Whitaker Goes Psycho in Dark Thriller
Nobody plays a sympathetic psychopath quite like Forest Whitaker. From his Oscar-winning turn as dictator Idi Amin in The Last King of Scotland to the upcoming campy thriller Repentance, the veteran actor brings his all to every role he plays.
Repentance stars Whitaker as a disturbed man grieving the loss of his mother, who solicits the help of a psychiatrist (Anthony Mackie) and ends up kidnapping and torturing him. The film also stars Sanaa Lathan as Mackie's wife and Mike Epps as his brother.
We've got an exclusive first look at Repentance below. The film comes to theaters this Friday, February 28.
