Luda & Friends Celebrate Earth Day in ATL

The rap mogul helps local elementary kids conserve water.

How will you be celebrating Earth day? Ludacris, his mother Roberta Shields, and Keshia Knight Pulliam helped students at Atlanta’s Dobbs Elementary pay homage to Mother Nature yesterday. The Ludacris Foundation teamed up with "Green for All" for the event at the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance.

The celebs helped students dig holes for a rain garden they’re building at the 26-acre forest preserve. Their hope is that the task will help the students have a better understanding of the water system, along with water conservation.

To cap off the event, the lucky students were sent home with water kits to help educate their parents on how to save water.
