And baby makes three! Ashanti and Nelly are now the proud parents of a new baby boy. Kareem Kenkaide Haynes was born on July 18, 2024. On Wed (Aug. 21), Ashanti took to Instagram to drop the good news.

"Funny how life’s plans aren’t…always on time.. lol. I’ve been waiting to be a mom for a long time now but nothing could prepare me for EVERYTHING motherhood brings!" Ashanti wrote.

"Four weeks postpartum, you have no idea, what this body can do," the singer continued.

Nelly and Ashanti tied the knot on December 27, 2023. The couple announced they were expecting a baby on April 17, 2024.
