Tamera Mowry is going to be a mom! The actress, whose twin sister, Tia Mowry, just gave birth to her son, Cree Taylor, 10 months ago, is expecting her bundle of joy in October. This will be the first baby for the Tia & Tamera star and her husband, Fox News correspondent Adam Housley.

“Adam and I are excited about having a baby and the blessing that he or she will bring to our lives and to our family and friends,” the 33-year-old tells People.com. “We can’t wait to meet this little miracle!”

Mowry, who is now in her second trimester, says the pregnancy was a surprise to the couple (she told Housley by texting him photos of two pregnancy tests with the message, "Happy early Father's Day!"), but not to her sister, Tia.

“Her first reaction [when I called to tell her] was, ‘I KNEW it!’” she shares. “Tia is beyond thrilled. Cree now has a play date in the future!”

Mowry is, however, playing favorites when it comes to her baby's sex. “I want a boy because I have two brothers whom I love and adore,” she explains. “I helped raise my brothers so I have somewhat of an experience raising boys. I haven’t the slightest idea about raising a girl. It’s like the unknown.”
